Heroclix Masters of Time x Notorious Sealed Event

This event will be run in pods of 4, the event will not fire with less than 4 players.
Each player will receive 2 boosters of Masters of Time and 1 booster of Notorious to construct a 400-point team. There will be 3 rounds of Swiss with Battle Royal map rules.
The winner of each pod will receive 1x Masters of Time Jurassic booster. Further prizing follows Battle Royale draft-style payout, with 1 additional element added to the pool per player.
