Preorder Policy.
The following policy relates to all pre-order products sold by CardTastic Collectables and Gaming. Pre-order items help consumers to pre-purchase goods that will be released in the future, allowing them to secure their release day stock without risking missing out by not being quick enough to go to stores or buy online after it comes out. We will enforce all rules below on all Preorders. Any Preorder made on our website is a contract to be bound by all points listed on this page.
Preorder Release Dates
The majority of items with a Preorder tag will have a release date in one of two formats. A comprehensive release date including the day, month, and year in the style of (1st March, 2022) or just the month and year in (March, 2022) is most often used. When a manufacturer or distributor encounters delays while manufacturing and/or shipping, these dates are frequently changed. Any item that has been preordered will be kept at our warehouse until the official release date.
Preorder Shipping Time
We will process all stock on arrival at our warehouse and ship Preordered items as on the day of release which is the soonest we are permitted to ship orders. There are times when products may not arrive on time. Customers should be patient in these instances, as we will ship your items as soon as they become available.
What happens if you make an order with Preorder and Non Preorder Items?
It is suggested that you create separate orders for your preorder items rather than including them with nonpreorder items. If your purchase includes both preorder and nonpreorder products, it will be held until your last preordered goods are available.
I want to cancel my Preorder
Preorders cannot be cancelled at CardTastic Collectables and Gaming. We don't want customers to preorder items unless they are absolutely sure; as a result, we will not cancel orders.
My Preorder was cancelled.
We will not cancel a preorder after receiving a request, as stated in our Terms of Service, however we have the right to terminate and refund any order or preorder at any time. While it is unusual for a preorder to be cancelled, reasons for this are typically manufacturer and reseller cutbacks, in which case we do not receive adequate quantities to fulfill all preorders. In this case, We will fulfill purchases in chronological order up to the point that allocation limitations allow, with unfulfilled orders being canceled and refunded as needed.
I ordered a preorder item, but have not yet received it!
Preorder goods will not arrive on time if they are coming in waves. At this point all orders will be filled chronologically, and you may have to wait for your order. If the manufacturer or distributor informs CardTastic Collectables and Gaming that no more units will be delivered to Australia, we will cancel and refund your orders automatically.
